LETTUCE-WEDGE SALAD WITH TOMATO AND BACON DRESSING

You’ll need:
1 head (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb) ice berg lettuce, rinsed and cored
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup Hidden Valley® Farmhouse Originals Garden
Tomato & Bacon
1/2 cup reduced fat blue cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Slice the lettuce head into quarters.
- Toss tomatoes around the lettuce wedge then drizzle each with dressing.
- Sprinkle blue cheese over each lettuce wedge and serve.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
